US National Team Resources

Congratulations on being selected as a member of the US National Team. This page will be your resource for any and all information you need regarding the ICU World Cheerleading Championships. Please check this page before emailing or calling Tony, Looie or Jessica. 

Donors that want to donate in your behalf directly they can email lharris@usacheer.org. Reminder- you’re responsible for your transportation to and from all trainings!

Below is a list of requirements you must complete in order to be a confirmed member of the US National Team. The deadline is January 27. 

Step 1: Make copy of your Driver’s License, Birth Certificate or Passport and upload it to your computer as your first and last name_ID (jessicachatto_ID)

Step 2: Review the National Team Guidebook and sign the Athlete Code of Conduct at this link – Athlete Code of Conduct and upload it to your computer as your first and last name_ACC (jessicachatto_ACC)

Step 3: You will need to review and acknowledge the Cheer Concussion Guidelines. Additional resources to concussion awareness can be found on the following links.

Step 4: You will need to watch and acknowledge the Maltreatment Training at this link – Maltreatment Training

Step 5: Fill out all information for the First Response Background Check at this link – Background Check

Step 6: Once steps 1-5 are complete, click on this link –  Athlete Registration Form

  • You must complete ALL information.
  • Make sure your information is 100% correct, as we will be using it throughout the next couple of months for ICU athlete registration and more.

As a member of the US National Team, you are responsible to raise $1,000.

Click on Individual to start your page. You will link your personal checking account and the money will go into your account. You will then be responsible for paying USA Cheer by the payment deadlines. You are allowed to raise up to $1500 through GoFundMe on behalf of USA Cheer. $1000 will be for your USA Cheer payment and any additional money you raise may for towards travel needs to get to and from trainings.

Below is the approved language and images to use on your page. We suggest using a personal profile picture in your USA uniform or fan shirt and team photo (we will provide a team photo in the future).

I’m proud to announce that I’m a member of the 2020 US National (Coed or All Girl) Team. We will be competing at the ICU World Cheerleading Championships April 26 – 29 in Orlando, FL. It costs over $3,500 an athlete to cover the national team training and championship expenses. Each member is required to raise a little over $1000 towards those expenses. USA Cheer covers the rest. Your donation will contribute to expenses required for travel, meals, fees, apparel and overall training.

I will be working very hard preparing to be the best that I can be and hope that you will consider supporting me. I appreciate any amount that you can give and thank you in advance! GO USA! (Feel free to put anything personal in this section on what this means to you!)

Each year USA Cheer has a fan shirt for friends and family to purchase and wear at the championship. Use this form to make your team order (due by 3/11). These are $20 pre-order or also available on the USA Cheer shop for $25 plus tax/shipping.

Travel Information

You are responsible for booking your own travel to and from the ICU World Cheerleading Championships. You must arrive in Orlando (Airport- MCO) no later than 4:0pm on April 16th. Once your travel is confirmed, please fill out this form: https://forms.gle/75asurXataZD14mL7
