The lists above are actions taken by USA Cheer and USASF based on reports or notifications the organization received directly or from reports or notifications made to our member organizations.
Non-members may be ineligible for current membership due to any arrest or investigation related to athlete protection regardless of whether or not the arrest or investigation is related to their coaching duties. If you know of someone involved in cheer who is currently under investigation or has been arrested and has a trial pending related to athlete abuse or abuse of minors who is not on this list, please complete this form, along with supporting documentation or links.

We recommend that persons researching specific individuals also cross check other published lists of Ineligible or Suspended Memberships posted by other governing bodies, state associations, or youth-serving organizations.
Additionally, the U.S. Center for SafeSport has a searchable centralized disciplinary database. A thorough check of all available resources – in addition to proper screening by the program – can help identify candidates who are not suitable to work with youth.
