Extension/Target Release Ball Up to Load

LEGAL for high school and below. Vertical releases are legal from extended level as long as they land in a vertical stunt. They can include a skill and up to 1 1/4 twists unless released and caught in an extended position, which is limited to 1/4 twist.

Braced Baja

LEGAL for high school and younger. High school teams require the bracer to be in a double based prep with a spotter and three people under the top person performing the flip. This single bracer version requires that there must be a hand/arm connection between both hands/arms of the top and bracer.

Roll Over Tabletop

Legal for high school teams The rules for inversions below prep level have been updated and require that at least contact is maintained between the top and a base or spotter. In this video, the contact is being maintained, making it legal.
