Ruling: ILLEGAL
Pyramids are limited to two persons high for high school. The way the rule is written, a top person cannot bear weight on another person who is not on the ground, as in this pyramid. The rules do allow a hand or foot connection to another top person while they are in motion up and down, such as a braced flip, but the top cannot stop and bear weight on a bracer.
