Braced Arabian Flip with Foot Bracer

This skill is illegal for high school and below. Beginning with the 2026-27 school year, a foot-only connection is legal. However, if the connection is a hand-to-foot/feet connection only, there are additional restrictions to the usual braced flip rules. 1) The bracer must remain in a double based prep with a spotter. They cannot drop to a load position on the descent. 2) The top person cannot perform any twists. 3) The top person must go to the original bases for the catch.
